Here’s what you need to know!
The Basics:
If your child will be four years of age on, or before, September 1st of the next school year, then this information is for you!
4K in the greater Wausau area is an optional, free, half-day (AM or PM), pre-kindergarten program.

DC Everest School District 4K Program:
If you are in the DC Everest school district (check that here), go to the DC Everest 4K website to complete the registration process.
Registration begins on Monday, February 8, 2021. Online registration is encouraged but paper forms are available for those who need them.
Some sites fill up quickly, so I would recommend submitting your forms on same day that registration opens.
Wausau School District 4K Program:
If you are in the Wausau School District (check that here), you will fill out a Pre-Registration Form to register your child for 4K. Online registration begins on Monday, February 1, 2021.
After you complete the first step you will need to follow the instructions outlined in the email you will receive from the 4K Office in order to finalize your child’s 4K enrollment.
