Wunderfrau Interview: Emily Muia – Emily Muia

Emily Muia – Emily Muia

What do you do?

I am online business owner, network marketer and business coach.

My network marketing business is in skin-care. After using the products and experiencing a transformation in my skin (finally), I started the business to help other women have healthy glowing skin and in turn building their confidence.

In my coaching business, I focus on helping busy women design a business that works for them and gets results while maintaining balance and joy in the business and in their life! What’s the point of having a business if the business doesn’t allow you to spend time doing the things you love with the people you love? Your business is an extension of you and it needs to fit neatly into your life. The key is to be intentional, efficient and be partly automated! And that’s what I specialize in.

What education, classes or training were helpful to you?

Investing in personal and business coaching has been the turning point in my personal growth and my business growth. Once I made the investment in myself, I was able to build the momentum needed to create my vision.

What do you like best about your job?

Seeing transformations before my eyes. In both skincare and in my coaching business, I witness the most amazing transformations. I am honored to be part of those transformations.

What advice would you give girls who want to get into your field?

The path of entrepreneurship is emotional and quite the roller coaster. Starting with personal development and really focusing in on positive self-talk is crucial to success. You cannot succeed if you don’t believe in yourself and your abilities. Grit is also crucial, so developing a resilient backbone is a must so you can keep on going even when you feel like you’re failing. There is a lot of “failure” before there is success; however the failure is really just part of the learning process.
