Classes are organized into three groups. We have our Nest classrooms (Infants), our Den Classrooms (toddlers), and Children’s House (Preschool & 4K/5K). Our Summer Enrichment Camp is ages 2-12.
How do teachers communicate with parents?
We communicate through a group based emailing regularly. We have a Facebook page, and monthly newsletter that goes out to all our families. We also hold conferences with our families 3 times a year or as needed.
What is an example of the food served to children at your center during a given day:
All of our children bring their own lunches from home. We have microwaves in the classroom so we invite families to send “warm-ups” for their children if they chose. Our afternoon snack is provided by the school, and is comprised of 2 basic food groups. i.e. Carrots/ranch with 100% apple juice.
What is your recess policy?
All of our children go outside daily in the AM and PM.
How many field trips do children at your center take per year?
We take 1-2 field trips per month during the school year. In the summer we take 1-3 field trips weekly.
