The Guide to Wausau, WI for Parents!
At the beginning of June, I participated in an awesome women’s hike hosted by the Central Moraines Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance. We hiked an interesting section of the Ice Age Trail near the Dells of the Eau Claire. I enjoyed the hike, but even more than that I enjoyed the conversations I had with the other women in the group.
This 4th of July, in between all of the picnics and parades, fireworks and friends/family, grilling and concerts, I want to issue you a challenge. Can you take a few minutes, or more if you wish, to do something positive for your city, state or country?
June is almost over and that means it’s time to get ready for the 4th of July! Make sure you’re prepared by checking out Wausau Mama’s list of local patriotic events.
