Newby’s Evergreen Farms

• Our experience includes a wagon ride to the field, instructions as to where the best variety, shape and size trees are located.
• We provide the saw and you provide the power.
• We always have a bonfire available in the field with seats and picnic tables in case you want to enjoy the outdoors in the cool weather.
• Once your tree is “down” we will load it and carry you and your special tree back to the warming area.
• While you are warming up with free coffee or helping the kids to their free coloring book and candy cane, we can be bundling your tree if you wish and securing it to your vehicle.
• While you’re in the warming house, you can browse the gift shop where you will find crafts made by local folks.
• All our facilities are handicapped accessible. We will cut your tree for you if you are unable to do so.

Our Tree Farm

• Hours: 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays, through Dec. 21
• Main tree farm: Nov. 21st – Dec. 20th (including Thanksgiving) – Balsam Fir 1-5′ – $30, 6-8′ $35, 9’+ $40 Fraser Fir 1-5′ – $40, 6-8′ $45, 9’+ $50
• Balsam patch: These 3 weekends only: Nov. 28 & 29, Dec. 5 & 6, Dec. 12 & 13 – There is a $5 savings on the Balsam Patch for the average size tree. The cost is 1-8′ $30,and 9’+ $40. (Located east on Hickory Road then north on Dam Road)

• Hours: We are open the following days in 2020: November 27-29 and every weekend until Christmas in addition to Black Friday. We are open 9am-dusk (around 4:30). Please call to request additional hours.

• All our trees are $30 any size and kind. This includes a limited number of wholesales taller trees brought down from up north.
• We sell Frazier firs, balsam firs, white and blue spruce, as well as a more limited selection of red and white pines.
• We are also selling boughs-$5 for an armful.
• We do offer tree bailing for $5 a tree.
• We would appreciate exact change when possible.
• Keri has her ponies out and ready for free rides for the kids! Come see Pixie, Pete, Patches, Prince freckles, Queenie and her baby Quaranteenie.
